The Area
The Church of England parish of Langley serves the 27,000 or so people who live or work in Langley. Bounded on the west and south by the town of Slough, on the south by the M4 motorway, Langley has open country to the north, the smaller town of Iver to the North East whilst Heathrow airport to the South East. It is a pleasant place to live, with lots of people commuting to work in London or the Heathrow estates, and many others working in the Slough Trading Estates. Langley used to be a much smaller village, but was first opened up as a suitable place for the management of the then new Slough Trading Estates in the 1930s, and became a location for major development as a London overspill area created by the GLC in the 1950s and 1960s.

Our Churches
Our Churches are all Church of England, and are Christ the Worker, situated in Parlaunt Road, St. Mary's, situated in St. Mary's Road, and St. Francis', situated in London Road.

The Churches also often work with the other Churches of Langley, being the Langley Free Baptist Church in Trelawney Avenue, and Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, also in Trelawney Avenue.

The Langley Parish in Action
Across the Parish, there are various services and projects. Please see the Churches' pages, as well as the What's On, Children and Young People, Special Events and Other Notices pages in order to find out more about what's going on at a particular time.
