What is 'Seekers'?

Seekers is the youth fellowship group that meets every week at Christ the Worker Church. It is divided into two groups: those in school years 3-6 are the "Junior Seekers", whilst those in school years 7-11 are the "Senior Seekers".

When does 'Seekers' meet?

The "Junior Seekers" meet every Wednesday evening, during TERM TIME, from 6.00pm to 7.30pm.

The "Senior Seekers" meet every Wednesday evening after the Junior Seekers, from 7.45pm to 9.15pm.

It is possible to keep up to date with when Seekers is running by looking at the What's On page, and the Children and Young People page.

What happens at "Seekers"?

Both clubs include Equipment nights, with equipment such as snooker, table tennis and air hockey; games nights including football, unihoc and crab football as well as many invented games; occasional parties such as banana parties and jelly parties; themed nights such as American evening and Quiz Nights.

Both groups also have short periods with focuses on faith questions and ideas, and the Senior Seekers have occasional "faith hours" in which they spend an hour in discussion of particular ideas.

Youth Alpha

The youth team at Christ the Worker Church have had a vision to put on a youth alpha course this year.

Please pray for these leaders and this vision.

More information will be posted when it becomes available.
